Gallagher Stump Removal was founded in 1987 when Brian Gallagher decided to buy a small stump grinder. While holding a manufacturing job during the day, Brian would spend nights and weekends helping his local community remove their stumps.
In 2002 Brian left his manufacturing job to take on stumping full time. Operating out of Perkasie, Pennsylvania, Gallagher Stump Removal is a family run business. Over the past 3 decades, his sons (and sometimes wife or daughter) would help out on weekends and summer breaks. In 2019 his son, Tyler Gallagher, began working full time as the number two man of Gallagher Stump Removal.
